Sunny Week Ahead

Cool high pressure left over from the weekend will keep us slightly below normal today. Still, sunshine will make for a pleasant afternoon with highs in the mid 70s.

A warming trend begins on Tuesday, taking us through the middle of the week. Expect sunny skies and southerly winds to boost us into the mid 80s. Cloud cover will increase on Thursday as a cold front edges into the area. By early Friday, the front will team up with a wave of upper level energy to bring storm chances back to the area. Skies will clear for the weekend, but temperatures will drop back into the mid 70s Friday through Sunday.
