Skies will gradually clear this afternoon as a cool high
pressure system moves in. Highs today will only hit the low 70s. Clear skies
and calm winds will drop lows into the upper 40s and low 50s. Southerly winds and
sun will help warm us up a bit for the weekend. Temperatures will hit the mid
to upper 70s on Saturday and Sunday. A cold front on Monday will bring rain
chances back to the area. Expect showers and thunderstorms for the afternoon
and evening. We’ll dry things out on Tuesday as a very cool push of air drops
highs back to the mid 60s. After a slightly warmer Wednesday, another front on
Thursday morning will take temperatures back by the end of the week. We could
catch a few sprinkles with this front, but a better chance will build with
another front next Saturday.
