CHILLY TONIGHT: Skies will slowly clear during the overnight, allowing temperatures around the area to dip into the upper 30's. Patchy frost could be possible on some rooftops and automobiles, but widespread frost is not expected. Record low for Peoria tonight is 34.
WARMING SLIGHTLY: A few clouds will roll in for Wednesday and Thursday, and temperatures should also warm a bit as well. We remain below average, but still comfortable with highs in the lower 70's
RAIN CHANCE FRIDAY: Cold front will move through the region for the end of the week, sparking showers and storms. Highs will be cooler topping out in the mid to upper 60's.
COOLER WEEKEND: Another shot of autumn air moves in for the first weekend of fall. Highs will top out in the lower 60's with mostly sunny skies on Saturday and Sunday.
