Breezy conditions have moved in as a result of the remnants of Sandy moving on shore along the east coast. Max wind gusts range in the 20-30 mph range as of Tuesday afternoon.
Winds should slowly diminish, but not until late Wednesday night, leaving us with a breezy Tuesday overnight and Halloween afternoon. Conditions may be a bit brisk for trick or treaters Wednesday night, as temperatures dip to the mid to upper 40's early Wednesday evening.
