RAIN ENDS TONIGHT: Showers & storms will move out by mid to late evening as a cold front pushes through the state. Partly to mostly cloudy skies will remain overnight. Lows in the lower 40's
WINDY/COOL THURSDAY: Much cooler air will file in behind the front for the next few days. Clouds will remain across the area as a strong area of low pressure camps out just to our north. Highs will top out in the mid 50's, with windy conditions through the day.
LIGHT RAIN RETURNS?: Strong area of low pressure will sag south, setting up just to our north on Thursday evening. This could result in very light and chilly rain for our Thursday evening and overnight. The same setup will exist for Friday as well.
HIGH SCHOOL FOOTBALL: Although there is a chance of rain on Friday, I believe that most of the area should be dry for kickoff for the final regular season week of high school football across the state. It will be chilly & breezy. Game time temps near 50, with winds kick up to 15-20mph.
