Warmer Weather Ahead

Morning sunshine and breezy southerly winds will bump today's highs into the mid 60s.

Cloud cover increases this afternoon and tonight as a cold front dives in overnight. Overnight lows will drop back into the upper 30s and low 40s.

Friday will be sunny, but slightly cooler in the upper 50s and low 60s. A strong low pressure system pulling in from the west this weekend will bringing warmer air and a chance of storms. Highs Saturday and Sunday will reach the low to mid 70s. A few storms will move through in the north on Saturday morning, with our best chance at rain later in the day. A cold front moving through will spark up strong to possibly severe storms Saturday afternoon into Saturday night.

We could see a few lingering showers Sunday morning, but most of us will dry out into the end of the weekend. Highs Monday and Tuesday will reach the upper 60s and low 70s with partly cloudy skies. Another storm system around Wednesday of next week will bring our next chance of rain.
