Scattered Storms
A stalled out front continues to plague us with cloud cover and thunderstorm chances today. Scattered storms will begin building by the early afternoon, continuing into the evening. Highs will be muggy and mild in the upper 70s and low 80s. We'll begin drying out overnight with lows in the low 60s. The weekend will bring in some sunshine and warming temperatures. Highs will reach the low 80s on Saturday and the mid to upper 80s on Sunday. A more organized low pressure system begins to slide east Sunday night. Strong storms will start late Sunday, continuing into Monday and Tuesday. We could see a few severe storms early next week. Stay with WMBD 31 for more updates. A few showers may linger into Wednesday as cooler temperatures file in. Look for mid 70s and sunshine by the end of next week.
