Rainy Pattern Later This Week
After a chilly start to the morning, we're warming things up this afternoon. Highs today will reach the upper 60s. Cloud cover will begin rolling in by tonight, keeping lows mild in the low to mid 50s. Skies will clear again on Tuesday. Breezy southerly winds will boost highs into the mid 80s. A cold front stalling out over Illinois on Wednesday will increase cloud cover and moderate temperatures for the middle of the week. By Wednesday night, an unsettled upper level weather pattern building in will bring storm chances to the area. A series of upper level waves will parade through into the weekend and keep shower chances with us into next week. It won't be a total wash out, but it's still too early to pin point down exactly when the rain will come. Temperatures will reach the 70s and 80s this week, cooling into the 60s and 70s next week.
