Warm Weekend Ahead
A wave of upper level energy will keep partly cloudy skies around this afternoon. Southerly winds will still be able to bump highs into the low to mid 50s. Some clearing overnight and increased low level moisture could allow for areas of fog early Saturday morning. We'll struggle to clear out tomorrow afternoon, but the warm up continues into the weekend. Highs will hit the upper 50s and low 60s Saturday and Sunday. An upper level low pressure system will move through late Saturday night bringing a chance at light rain into early Sunday. Drying is expected by Sunday night. Monday will bring highs in the mid 60s before a cold front changes things that night. We'll see a chance at showers and thunderstorms into early Tuesday with much cooler air into the middle of next week. Highs Tuesday will be near 50, but Wednesday and Thursday will only reach the low to mid 40s. After a few dry days, another cold front next Friday will bring a chance of rain. We're looking at another drop in temperatures behind that with highs next weekend in the upper 30s and low 40s.
