...DENSE FOG EXPECTED ACROSS CENTRAL ILLINOIS TONIGHT...

.CLEAR SKIES AND NEARLY CALM WINDS BENEATH A HIGH PRESSURE SYSTEM
WILL ALLOW FOG TO DEVELOP ACROSS CENTRAL ILLINOIS TONIGHT. THE FOG
WILL BECOME MOST WIDESPREAD ALONG AND WEST OF A BLOOMINGTON TO
TAYLORVILLE LINE. VISIBILITIES ACROSS THIS AREA WILL DROP TO ONE
QUARTER OF A MILE OR LESS AT TIMES...IMPACTING THE EARLY MORNING
COMMUTE.

...DENSE FOG ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 AM CST WEDNESDAY...

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN LINCOLN HAS ISSUED A DENSE FOG
ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 AM CST WEDNESDAY. 


* TIMING...FOG WILL BEGIN TO DEVELOP ACROSS THE ILLINOIS RIVER
  VALLEY BETWEEN 8 PM AND MIDNIGHT...THEN WILL SPREAD FURTHER
  EASTWARD TO THE I-55 CORRIDOR OVERNIGHT.

* VISIBILITY...VISIBILITIES WILL DROP TO ONE QUARTER OF A MILE OR
  LESS AT TIMES...ESPECIALLY ALONG AND WEST OF A BLOOMINGTON TO
  TAYLORVILLE LINE.

* IMPACTS...MOTORISTS ARE ADVISED TO DRIVE WITH EXTREME CAUTION
  LATE TONIGHT INTO WEDNESDAY MORNING. BE PREPARED FOR DENSE FOG
  AND RAPIDLY CHANGING VISIBILITIES. PLEASE PLAN ON EXTRA TIME TO
  ARRIVE AT YOUR DESTINATION FOR THE MORNING COMMUTE.
