Clear skies and calm winds dropped temperatures into the teens overnight. We'll take sunshine into the afternoon, but highs today will only reach the mid 30s. Look for partly cloudy skies and lows in the low 20s overnight.
Sunshine and southerly winds will start us on a warm up Wednesday. Highs will reach the low 40s tomorrow and the upper 40s on Thursday. Cloud cover returns by the end of the week with an unsettled upper level weather pattern. Widely scattered showers are possible with waves of upper level energy starting on Friday and lasting us through the weekend. Rain will be light and sporadic at best. Temperatures continue to warm into early next week. Highs will reach the mid to upper 50s Saturday and Sunday with low 60s possible next Monday. The warm up is ahead of a storm system next Tuesday. A cold front moving through will bring a good chance at rain and much cooler temperatures into the middle of next week.
