Mild Through Thanksgiving

A DENSE FOG ADVISORY is in effect for Warren and McDonough counties until 10 am this morning.

Patchy fog and mostly cloudy skies will start us off, with limited clearing into the afternoon. Highs today will still reach the upper 50s. More clearing overnight will allow for another chance at fog early Wednesday. Lows will drop back into the upper 30s and low 40s.

Sunshine will clear out the fog tomorrow and warm highs into the low 60s. Thursday will start off partly cloudy with highs reach the upper 50s and low 60s. A cold front Thursday night will increase cloud cover and pull a line of showers through central Illinois. Those will clear out by early Friday morning, as a big push of cool and dry air settles in for the weekend.

Highs Friday through Sunday will only reach the low to mid 40s. After some sunshine this weekend, cloud cover returns early next week. A broad upper level low pressure system will slowly move east through the middle of next week. This will keep us cloudy and cool with highs in the low 40s.
