A low pressure system sliding through the area today will
bring storm chances for the morning. We’re likely to dry things out this
afternoon, but cloud cover will keep highs in the mid 70s.
Northerly winds will help clear skies overnight. Lows will drop back into the upper 50s. High pressure for the middle of the week will bring sunshine and warmer temperatures. Look for highs to warm into the mid 80s by Wednesday. We’ll stay warm on Thursday, before a cold front and wave of upper level energy pass through during the afternoon. That will bring our next chance at showers and thunderstorms. A few of these storms could be strong to severe, so we’ll need to keep a close eye on them through the week. Sunshine returns by the end of the work week, but so will cooler temperatures. Highs through the weekend will only reach the mid to upper 70s. Next week is looking sunny as well, with highs warming into the low 80s.
