Heating Things Up

A warm front moving in this afternoon will increase cloud cover today, but that won't stop highs from warming into the upper 80s! Add in humidity and it will feel more like the low to mid 90s. A quick wave of upper level energy could spark up a few thunderstorms this afternoon and evening. We're likely to be dry overnight with lows near 70. Wednesday will be another hot one. Highs will be around 90 degrees. Cloud cover will once again increase as a low pressure system moves through. This will bring a better chance at strong to possibly severe storms during the afternoon and evening. Large hail and damaging winds will be the primary threat. The end of the week is looking dry and cooler with highs in the upper 70s and low 80s. Storm chances return on Saturday, really kicking in on Sunday. Highs will warm into the low to mid 80s. We could see rain continue into Monday, before we dry out into the middle of next week.
