Sunny and Warmer Friday
High pressure moving northeast will mean sunshine, southerly winds, and warmer temperatures for Central Illinois today. Look for highs to reach the upper 30s and low 40s. We're tracking a low pressure system moving in from the west with rain chances into the weekend. Cloud cover will increase overnight with a slight chance at rain into Saturday morning. The main line of showers will build in Saturday night into Sunday. Rain will continue through the end of the weekend before cold air mixes in a slight chance of wintry mix into early Monday. Temperatures will remain warm through the weekend with highs in the upper 40s and low 50s. Next week will start off a bit cooler, but sunshine will help warm us into the mid 40s by the middle of the week.
