.ARCTIC HIGH PRESSURE WILL MOVE ACROSS THE MIDWEST TONIGHT AND
FRIDAY MORNING. VERY COLD TEMPERATURES COMBINED WITH WINDS OF
10 TO 15 MPH WILL PRODUCE WIND CHILLS OF 15 TO 20 BELOW ZERO.
