The Illinois Environmental Protection Agency has issued an "Ozone Alert" day for Wednesday, where air quality could be unhealthy for sensitive groups due to ground-level ozone levels.
Some ways to take action to keep the air clean and healthy would include.
-Minimizing or eliminating driving
-Trip-chaining (running errands in the same trip, rather than multiple separate trips)
-Refueling vehicles only in the evening.
High temperatures will also be hot tomorrow, topping out in the mid 90's for most of the area.
