Another hot one this afternoon as temperatures are soaring into the 90s before lunch time.
The heat advisory from yesterday has been issued for the rest of today into tomorrow morning at 7am.
Scattered storms are likely to form along a stationary front this afternoon and evening.
Temperatures aren't quite as high in the northern parts of Illinois as the cold side of the front is lingering there but the south side is warming quickly.
