Cloudy, but Mild Thursday

Despite mostly cloudy skies, southerly winds will warm temperatures above normal this afternoon. Highs will reach the upper 40s and low 50s.

A cold front and unsettled upper level weather pattern team up to bring us a chance of rain overnight. Light showers will take us into early Thursday, before we dry things out into the weekend.

Temperatures will reach the upper 40s Friday and Saturday. By Sunday, an upper level wave of energy will bring our next chance at rain. Scattered showers are possible through the day and into Sunday night. As a cold push of air builds in Monday, we could see a few flurries mixing in. Highs early next week will only reach the mid 30s. The middle of next week is looking dry with highs around 40. By the end of the week, another trof of low pressure building could bring precipitation chances and even cooler temperatures.

Sunny, but Cool Today

A weak cold front overnight will reenforce northerly winds and cooler air today. Highs this afternoon will only reach the mid 40s. Good news is, that's still above normal for this time of year. Average highs are near 40°.

Increasing cloud cover overnight will keep lows in the low to mid 30s. Despite partly to mostly cloudy skies, southerly winds on Thursday will warm highs near 50. By Thursday night, an unsettled upper level weather pattern will team up with a weak cold front at the surface to bring a chance of rain. Showers will continue into Friday with highs in the upper 40s.

Cloud cover sticks around into Saturday with rain chances building back in for Sunday. Highs this weekend will only reach the mid 40s. Sunday's low pressure system will continue to pull through on Monday keeping rain chances into early next week. Much cooler air on the back side of that system could mix in some snow Monday night, but most spots will dry out by Tuesday. Temperatures through the middle of next week will struggle to hit the mid to upper 30s.

Cooler by Midweek

Winds will switch out of the northwest today behind a cold front from last night. Cooler, drier air will filter in today keeping highs in the mid to upper 50s.

Another weak cold front Wednesday will drop highs into the mid 40s.

An unsettled upper level weather pattern begins building in on Thursday. We'll see an increase in cloud cover and highs near 50s. Rain chances begin as a surface low slides through Thursday night into Friday. The soggy weather continues through the weekend with highs in the upper 40s Friday through Sunday. Precipitation chances continue into early next week as temperatures drop. Monday looks to be all rain with some snow mixing in on Tuesday. Highs into the middle of next week will only reach the mid to upper 30s.

Near Record Highs

Today is looking partly to mostly cloudy with strong southerly winds bumping highs near record setting levels. Look for temperatures in the upper 60s and low 70s this afternoon. The current record high for today stands at 71°.

A cold front moving in tonight will bring a chance at scattered showers for the late afternoon and evening hours.

We'll start clearing things out early Tuesday as lows drop back into the mid 40s. Sunshine will dominate on Tuesday, but highs will only reach the mid to upper 50s. Wednesday will be even cooler with highs in the low to mid 40s. An unsettled upper level weather pattern with a weak surface low pressure center will increase cloud cover on Thursday and bring a chance of rain overnight and into Friday. Highs will reach the mid to upper 40s for the end of the week. This weekend will stay cloudy and mild with highs in the mid 40s. A stronger low pressure system will begin over the west coast, pulling into the Midwest on Sunday. Rain chances begin Saturday night, continuing through Tuesday. A warm front will warm temperatures into the mid 50s early next week. A cold front early Tuesday will drop temperatures into the mid 40s next Tuesday.
