VISIBILITIES WILL BE BELOW A QUARTER MILE AT TIMES IN THESE AREAS...WITH CONDITIONS SLOWLY DETERIORATING AS THE EVENING WEARS ON FURTHER TO THE EAST. MOTORISTS SHOULD USE ADDITIONAL CAUTION WHEN DRIVING OVER CENTRAL AND EAST CENTRAL ILLINOIS THIS EVENING...AS VISIBILITIES WILL CHANGE QUICKLY OVER SHORT DISTANCES.
